Assign custom action to Right click on Start button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are many triggers that are available to assign for Start button, why right click only has either WinX or OSH menu to assign? I would find it very useful to assign custom actions to it as well, and it feels like it'd be extremely easy to implement. Currently I'm using autohotkey script as an alternative, but integrating it into OSH would make it so much better.

Give option to assign custom and more predefind actions to Right click on Start button, in the exact same way as it is possible for Left click.
