Send-To feature disabled #2350

Description

Describe the bug

One reason I like Open Shell is that ever since Windows 10 it is difficult to populate the desktop with shortcut icons for the programs I use (like we have done since Win 3.0) because the right-click, Send To, Desktop(create shortcut) feature is a lot easier to perform than the 6 step process necessary to go through now. Since my last Win update this feature (specifically the menu items after cursoring over the send to command) are missing.

  3. Mouse over "Send to" and no menu is available any more to do anything
