Description
Describe the bug
One reason I like Open Shell is that ever since Windows 10 it is difficult to populate the desktop with shortcut icons for the programs I use (like we have done since Win 3.0) because the right-click, Send To, Desktop(create shortcut) feature is a lot easier to perform than the 6 step process necessary to go through now. Since my last Win update this feature (specifically the menu items after cursoring over the send to command) are missing.
Area of issue
Start menu
To reproduce
- Mouse over "All Programs"
- Right-click on program that I want to create a shortcut icon of
- Mouse over "Send to" and no menu is available any more to do anything
- No menu options to create zipped folders, or create desktop shortcuts, or anything else
Expected behavior
No response

4.4.196
Windows version
Windows 11 24H2
