Bug description
Visual Studio refuses to show in the list of frequent programs. It was at the top just a minute ago.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Open-Shell-Menu with a windows key.
- Visual Studio is supposed to be at the top of the list as the most frequently launched program from the Open-Shell-Menu.
- Observe the lack of Visual Studio shortcut in the list of frequent programs.
Expected behavior
Observe Visual Studio shortcut at the top in the list of frequent programs.
Version:
- Open-Shell: [e.g. 4.4.160]
- OS: [e.g. Windows 10 1709]
Additional context
Sometimes programs disappear from the list of frequent programs and refuse to come back even after launching it for 50 times in a row. This time it's Visual Studio for me. Ok here's how the top of my list looks like:

I removed other items from the screenshot for privacy, trust me, Visual Studio is not there. I launched it from Open-Shell 50 times just now, it doesn't go to the top. I just managed get Pot Player to the top by launching it just a few times:

Visual Studio is in the All Programs list:

And when I change my Settings to Recent Programs:

It does show up in the list at the top when it is the last launched program:

Not sure if it's a bug, I understand there are these features to unpin from taskbar and remove from the list:

And I might have clicked on Remove from this list menu and missed it.
I went through every single menu in the Settings but couldn't find a black list for the frequent/recent list of programs.
Can you guys, please, tell me, how to make programs appear in the list again? I remember in the past I had to reinstall the whole Classic or Open-Shell to make the shortcut appear again in the frequent or recent list.
