Add OpenClaw chat handoff UI and stabilize local transcription flow

Summary

• replace one-shot OpenClaw send status with a persistent side chat drawer for live OpenClaw conversation
• add OpenClaw chat-turn IPC channel and parse run/status response details for monitoring
• include OpenEMR demo credentials and default OpenEMR URL (http://localhost:8080/) in handoff context
• default OpenClaw session routing to main so behavior matches direct user chat context
• improve transcription stability in desktop dev flow by excluding API routes from middleware and reducing false-positive SSE error failures
• make pnpm dev:desktop start full local stack (dev:local + electron)

Validation

• verified local OpenClaw CLI calls return run IDs and responses
• verified Whisper local health and transcription endpoint success
• restarted desktop stack and confirmed app boots with integrated chat handoff
