- Add new mcp-pass server for connecting to main and other MCPs
- Exposes unified tool interface via STDIO or HTTP with SSE streaming
- Update README with new MCP entries (mcp-pass, mcp-es-search, mcp-oaf-browse)
- Add ch-list tool to mcp-ch for listing configured data channels
