Improve empty state for no search results found

Currently we leave the user at a dead end when no results are found. Instead of leaving them with a vague message, can we provide a button to Reset Search?

I feel like that may hit on a different issue @rmisio.

In that scenario, is it more likely that the search engine isn't returning any data? If so, we'd probably want to display a different message saying Search provider seems to be having issues. Try again

If the search provider doesn't provide any data, we show an error message now. It could be made nicer to look more like the one here.

There could be an edge case where you do a wildcard (ie: blank) search and the data for filters, links, etc. is returned, but there are still no results. In that situation resetting wouldn't help you. We could have a special message for that, since it's not exactly the same as returning nothing.
