Added an interface for storage
Added the resource_id for enforcing uniqueness on a different field per type of resource.
Added rest tests to verify that one can't create a resource with an ID that is already used.
Fixed the service endpoints. Service endpoints are unique by RedfishEndpointID and RedfishType.
