- normalize runtime kind handling across templates, API payloads, and runtime selection - simplify agent creation into template and custom flows with remembered model defaults - align runtime availability and profile UI with the latest origin/main agent experience
- show the sandbox checkbox again in the agent runtime profile\n- format runtime labels without exposing the legacy _sandbox suffix
