Warn if --input-columns contains a 0. The list is supposed to be 1-based
Don't abort on empty lines, warn instead
Try to identify (and warn) invalid coordinates during parsing, otherwise they'd fail during geocoding
--dry-run now prints an all good message when no warnings were found
