  • Implement TCP connect timing for accurate latency measurement
  • Run latency tests in parallel to all 22 GFN regions
  • Average results over 3 test rounds with outlier removal
  • Add region selector dropdown with grouped regions and ping values
  • Color-code latency: green (<20ms), good (<40ms), fair (<80ms), poor (<120ms), bad (>120ms)
  • Display region and color-coded latency in stream stats bar
  • Add region info to streaming settings panel
  • Auto-select lowest ping server or use manual selection
  • Pass selected region to session launch
