When the German locale formats latency or other millisecond values, this now renders {{value}}Ms; uppercase M is not the millisecond abbreviation and can be read as mega-seconds, so German users would see incorrect units anywhere this shared app.units.milliseconds string is displayed. Keep the unit as ms (or the locale’s equivalent) rather than changing the SI prefix casing.
