First beta release of EngineBlock 5.0.0

Warning

Unless intimately familiar with OpenConext-EngineBlock you are advised not to use this release in any other environment than development or test environments.

Notable changes

  • #285, The Login Tracking system has been replaced by a different implementation that uses a syslog logging backend rather than being database backed
