This PR updates the npm publish GitHub Actions workflow to avoid failing (or re-attempting) publishes when the target version already exists on the npm registry, making duplicate/serialized runs behave as a clean no-op.
Changes:
- Add a pre-publish
npm viewcheck to detect if@opencoven/coven-code@<version>is already published. - Guard
npm publishso it only runs when the version is not already present. - Update the workflow’s concurrency comment to reflect the intended “green no-op” behavior.
