Per ROADMAP M5 and FAMILIAR-CONTRACT.md. Make Cave the default review surface for hosted task work.

  • Task history with terminal states (review/done/needs input/failed/timed out).
  • Familiar routing view per installation/repo.
  • Usage view (ties to metering).
  • Audit events: acceptance, execution, retries, timeout, PR creation, human intervention.

This is a hosted-beta gate (HOSTED.md Beta Gate #6).
