This PR introduces GitHub’s funding configuration for the repository by adding a .github/FUNDING.yml file, enabling GitHub Sponsors (and leaving placeholders for other funding platforms).
Changes:

.github/FUNDING.ymlwithgithub: [OpenCoven]configured for GitHub Sponsors. - Included the standard GitHub funding template keys for other platforms (currently unset).
