How do I install this on android device?

I don't believe there is a way to install it as an actual APP, like from the Play Store or as an .APK, but you can install it as a web app on Chrome by going to the page where it gives you the option to start the beta, clicking the three dots on Chrome, scrolling to the bottom, and clicking "Add to Home Screen". There should be an option to "install" it.
It'll then add it to your home screen where you can open it just as if it were an app.
