[BUG] Cannot scroll with trackpad on the timeline

Current Behavior

Horizontal scrolling with trackpad on the Timeline does not scroll the Timeline panel

Expected Behavior

Horizontal scrolling with trackpad on the Timeline scrolls the Timeline panel

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a project
2. Add a layer
3. Zoom in with pinch trackpad gesture
4. Scroll horizontally

It seems simple focus issue, you need to click on the timeline again after using zoom in for the scroll to work, should be an easy fix
