In the fork this appears to work correctly. It does not interfere with existing functionality so there is no reason not to merge this.

This workflow creates a new pre-release tag named pr-builds which contains the build outputs of all currently open pull requests. It automatically runs after a pull request is created or modified and updates the build outputs to the most recent version of each pull request
