Feature or improvement description
The
5MW_MRSemi_DLL_WSt_WavesIrrregression test had included a video and a readme file that didn't get added to ther-testrepository when the test as added. This PR adds these missing files to thedev-tcbranch ofr-testand updates the submodule pointer appropriately. This doesn't change the test results or any code, just adds documentation.Impacted areas of the software
