CLI: support aliases on workflows #1292
Description
Workflows in the app can have really long names, so it can be hard to type the command to run them.
It would be convenient to assign an alias, just like with a project
The big question is: should we use the alias in the local file system? I think so actually - then the workflow alias is just the name of the folder. It's just a local setting. Just rename the folder (and file?) to set the alias. Saves us tracking explicit metadata.
