Support "mailto" doesn't work for all users #2435

The bottom left menu shows three support options for users:

  1. docs
  2. community
  3. and mailto:support@openfn.org

For some users the mailto: link opens a blank tab without any text—it doesn't launch their default mail application or do anything else helpful. We should figure out a more stable and helpful way of directing users to the support hyperlink for an OpenFn deployment. This might be mailto:support@openfn.org by default, but for OpenFn.org hosted instances it could be a link to a Jira form to create a support ticket.
