Can't close History panel after selecting and deselecting a run

Describe the bug After selecting and deselecting a run in the history panel, clicking to collapse the panel has no effect - it remains open.

Version number v2.14.15-pre

I have reproduced this locally on main:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open collaborative editor for a workflow
2. Open history panel
3. Click on a run
4. Click X next to a run
5. Try to click on "Recent History" title

Expected behavior History panel should collapse and close

Actual behavior History panel remains open and stuck

Additional context The history panel can open and close on first load of collaborative editor.. the bug only happens after interacting with runs in the history panel.
