Unable to clear runs / see history from IDE panel

Describe the bug When a run has been completed it's impossible to clear it

Version number v2.15.13

I have reproduced this locally on main:

• Yes
• No

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to editor
2. Click on run
3. Click on Code
4. Click on X next to loaded run [run data cleared but the run tag doesn't go away]
5. Click on History [nothing happens]

Expected behavior User should be able to clear runs / load history from within the IDE
