Updated FindAnnihilationGammasTrackID to handle multiple photons and added logic for three photon IDs.
Removed unused photon ID variables and commented-out code related to photon tracking. Updated photon scattering handling to use a vector for photon IDs.
Added handling for a third photon ID in GateAnalysis.

Greetings
I am Ermias Yitayew Beyene, a PhD student at the Jagiellonian University in the J-PET group.
My studies mainly focus on double isotope PET imaging, and I wanted to use the deexcitation gamma in coincidence with the annihilation photons.
And I am modifying it to save the Compton crystal for the third photon as well and so on.
