Add a dbus listenener that would unblock the GPU when a monitor is being plugged in
if it's a system with two GPUs (igpu/dgpu), set mode to hybrid
if it's a system with more than two GPUs, ensure the target GPU is not blocked by cardwire
also add some verifications to prevent blocking active gpu (connected drm status)
