Build images action for index benchmarks should contain the sdk commit hash they used in the title

Index benchmarks are SWE-Bench, SWE-Bench multimodal, SWT bench, Commit 0 and gaia.
Images are pushed and can be reused if the hash has already being pushed, so it is usefull to contain the hash in the title to see which images were built at a glance.
