This commit adds a link to a step-by-step Windows setup tutorial video in the local setup documentation under the Windows section. Fixes #16

Moved the Windows setup video link to the top of the Windows accordion so users can find it immediately. The note about running docker in WSL stays at the end of the Windows section. Fixes #16

🟡 Acceptable - Helpful additions with one semantic issue worth fixing.
The video tutorial link and typo fixes improve user experience. However, using <Warning> for a helpful resource is semantically incorrect—warnings should indicate risks or critical caveats, not supplementary content.
