• register both skills in marketplaces/default.json

• dealwatch-readonly-builder keeps the current local-first, read-only DealWatch boundary
• cortexpilot-adoption-router keeps the current CortexPilot read-only MCP and starter-only boundary honest
• neither skill claims hosted operator, write-capable MCP, or live marketplace support outside the registry itself
