Description

This PR ports some of the indexing code from LocAgent to the ACI for maintainability.

* Fix tree-sitter compatibility with version 0.24.0

* update query_file

* poetry lock

* fix test

* fix test & remote ts compat layer

* skip on CI

* remove tree-siter-languages & use pytest-forked

This is too much file for me to carefully review every line 😓 - took a quick look..
But since this is not used anywhere for OpenHands yet - let's get this in first and we can probably refactor these along the way while we try to use it

This is used in OpenHands now

Should we make an aci release soon?

I think this is released in 0.2.14 and also updated in OpenHands as well: https://github.com/All-Hands-AI/OpenHands/blob/11e6d40c7a9e53c15a1936aee183fc612c624f43/pyproject.toml#L71

Ahh, okay. Weird, I got an error on missing imports, I guess I must have partially updated. 🤷
