Concept for a Universal remote integration

What this is

Turn any remote-controlled device — a TV, soundbar, or air conditioner — into a device Home Assistant can control, by teaching it the buttons of your existing remote.

You therefore need a radio that can listen while learning and one that can send afterwards — often the same device does both. They can also be on different devices, as long as both can reach your equipment.
