Feat: install through obtanium

an option to set installing on android to be handled through obtanium would be good, to support updating.

Thanks for the suggestion — that’s a great idea. Right now, Github Store installs Android apps using the system installer.

We’ll try to implement an option to use Obtanium (or a similar installer) in the future to support smoother updates.
