Hide Mac window controls and sanitize generated git text

Summary

• Hide macOS window controls when the sidebar opens, and restore them when the sidebar closes or the route unmounts.
• Remove the fixed left padding from Electron chat headers and the home empty state so layout stays aligned with the new window control behavior.
• Alternate inactive project name tones in the sidebar for a clearer visual rhythm while keeping the selected project on its project color.
• Centralize generated git text sanitization to strip provider attribution, co-author trailers, and generated-with footers from commit and PR content.
