Extract OpenClaw gateway settings flow

Summary

• extract the OpenClaw gateway settings flow into a dedicated branchable unit of work
• add saved gateway config management in Settings, including legacy import, saved secret clearing, token reset, identity regeneration, and richer diagnostics
• keep the branch gate-clean by fixing the provider runtime event feed typing/wiring and a few adjacent test/type issues uncovered while landing the extraction

What Changed

• expanded the OpenClaw settings UI to support persisted gateway configuration instead of only transient local fields
• added actions for importing legacy OpenClaw settings, saving config, clearing a saved secret, resetting the cached device token, and regenerating the device identity
• surfaced more detailed OpenClaw test diagnostics, including server info and troubleshooting hints
• fixed ProviderRuntimeEventFeed implementation and dependent integration/unit test wiring so the repo passes format, lint, and typecheck on this branch
