Replace Anthropic/Claude-specific SME chat with a provider runtime driven approach (ProviderService). Add Codex and GitHub Copilot as supported SME providers, update validation and prompt building (validateCodexSetup / buildSmeCompiledPrompt), and wire sendSmeViaProviderRuntime through ProviderService. Update SmeChatServiceLive to reject legacy Claude providers and to use interrupt effects via the new runtime API. Adjust server tests to use a ProviderService test layer and to create/list Codex conversations instead of exercising Anthropic flows; remove environment-based Anthropic credential handling. Update web UI defaults and copy to prefer codex, include copilot option, and change default auth methods and explanatory text.
