Polish project add-row and input styling

• Refined the rename field and add-project input styling for a softer focused state and smoother transitions.
• Tuned collapsible and input transition easing to make sidebar interactions feel less abrupt.

• Review the sidebar project list and verify the new thread add-row appears only when a project is expanded.
• Confirm the rename input, add-project input, and shared input component still show correct focus and error states.
