Updates to existing topics

Swap the "If you are migrating paragraphs" to point to Jakarta Concurrency first.

For the next few docs, they all contain a section with a server.xml snippet like this:

If there's a standard way to indicate that this is applicable to multiple features, we should do so. These docs would apply to concurrent-1.0, concurrent-2.0, concurrent-3.0, and concurrent-3.1. If not then they should just be updated to concurrent-3.1

Replace with an Important section: "When using the concurrent-1.0 feature, some information in the submitter's subject is not propagated in the security context. See the concurrent-1.0 feature restrictions"

@njr-11 For the last one on ContextService, the doc only mentions that restriction on concurrent-1.0, do you know if it applies to later concurrent features as well, or was that restriction removed?

I don't know of any reasons why it would be different from concurrent-1.0 vs later. Let's keep the restriction for all versions.
