Added setting of l0 and linf sensitivity

Description

• changed the datatype of result to double since other than BoundedSumInt() and Count(), everything should return a double. Should we add an exception for them @alejandrosame ?
• added l0 and linf sensitivity setting during bounded function initialization
• change the name of result to quick_result and partial to result() for a more intuitive usage. This will break both demos and needs to fixed when we merge this branch to dev.
