Just a small step on making it easier to get everything set up and running. Marked main executable so you can just run it as is (which I think is the idea, since is has a shebang) and added a Python requirements file. There's a bunch of system installs needed too, as I understand, I can suggest some readme updates to cover that if you'd like.
