We have this section at the bottom of the general build instructions:

... but it kind of glosses over each of the options it presents. This section could be filled out with more specifics, examples, etc. It might be good to include a linux system preset that we can point to as an example, where you can set a DEPS_ROOT variable to where your dependencies are installed.
The each of the distro-specific instructions can link back to this section... currently the Rocky9 build instructions don't really even mention how to find the dependencies when building openmoonray.
