MicroHttpd automake-1.16: command not found

I try to build moonray for Mac m1! but this error hit me

Do you have the latest XCode and its command-line developer tools installed?

Hi Jon,

yes, I have Xcode installed with the latest version.

I suggest going into the build-deps dir and rm -rf MicroHttpd-prefix, and start again.
There seems to be some odd cmake parallel thing happening, not sure of the root cause.
Can you give that a try?
