Open in NBS does not interact with an already running NBS instance

Description
When NBS is already running, clicking the "Open in NBS" button on NoteBlock World does not load the requested song. The operating system focuses the existing NBS window, but the open request appears to be ignored.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch NBS.
- Leave NBS running.
- Open a song page on https://noteblock.world/.
- Click "Open in NBS".
Expected Behavior
The currently running NBS instance should receive the request and load the selected song.
Actual Behavior
NBS is brought to the foreground, but the song is not loaded and no visible action occurs.
Additional Information
This issue only occurs when NBS is already running. If NBS is closed before clicking "Open in NBS", the application launches and loads the song correctly.
