This pull request adds the ability to adjust the highlight intensity in the Preferences window.
You can change the highlight intensity in the "Appearance" tab of the "Preferences" window.
The intensity while hovering over a selected note also depends on the highlight intensity value.
If the intensity is high enough, when the mouse cursor hovers over a selected note, the opacity should decrease a little bit.
If the intensity is not so high, when the mouse cursor hover over a selected note, the opacity should decrase almost to zero.
