- Allow for modfications of CPUQuota, CPUWeight
- Allow for modfications of MemoryMax, MemoryHigh
- Allow for modfications of IOWeight, IOReadBandwidthMax, IOWriteBandwidthMax
- Provide typical defaults for smaller Prometheus/Grafana clusters
- Make coding style improvements
- Update README.md files
