Evaluate disk and adapter type setting in other operations

Description

Currently, VCENTER_DISK_TYPE and VCENTER_ADAPTER_TYPE are only used when an image is created in vCenter through OpenNebula.

But it is not taken into account in other operations, like attach disk.

Use case

Relevant attributes in the images should be honored in all operations

Interface Changes

Additional Context

We need to check if a VM_Reconfiguration task is able to change this values from the backing files.
