Remove the FireEdge provision/provider application

Use case
It should be removed as an application. it gives users the impression that it is not integrated with opennebula, but that it is thought to be another product.

Fireedge GUI

Additional Context
It is strange to see it in a new app because the resources are from opennebula. and in case of wanting to see them, the user has to exit from one app to another!
