Setting a spec compliant ipp sample server?

There are plenty of example on how to print to an ipp compliant printer however I just wanted clarity on how to setup a ipp sample server to receive and process requests. I am playing around with setting up my own network printer for my home lab and I want to be able to have some funky custom functionality once a print is received. I got the istopwg ippsample written in c working, but its so hard to make it run on windows or mac without docker. So I wanted to switch to golang.
Has anyone had any success in setting up an ippserver using goipp.
