`Controller` issues

I can't seem to receive Z21 server replies inside the Controller all of a sudden?
At least at the beginning... clicking some stuff it suddenly starts to work?

Ok the Controller class needs a serious review... There are a couple of issues.
It currently generates a new stream() on every build, updates providers where it shouldn't and uses ref.watch outside the build context.

Quick rule of thumb
watch → inside build or providers
read → anywhere (callbacks, timers, event handlers)
listen → lifecycle methods (initState, etc.)

I also had a wrong impression of StreamSummaryBuilder... It keeps an entire history of events, not just events not processed yet!
