Clean up repository and update website design

Repository cleanup removing all files except index.html, join.html, and their dependencies. Website design updates per requirements.

Repository Cleanup

• Removed 138 files (READMEs, unused HTML pages, scripts, CSS, assets)
• Retained: main pages, required CSS, form JS, logos, favicon, PDF

Website Updates

• Hero: Removed "OpenRockets Foundation" title, enlarged logo to 280px, converted CTA button to underlined link
• Nonprofit logos: 80px → 136px (170% scale)
• Partner logos: 60px → 102px (170% scale), fixed "TheBulleTeen" spelling
• Committee: Removed white bubble backgrounds, updated member roster:
  • 2026: Vinuk Gamaarachige (ED), Thisal Nethnidu (Tech Host), Navindu Jayawardene (Dir Ops), M. Wickramasinghe (Financials)
  • 2025: Neksha DeSilva (ED), Chethina Rnadidu, Navindu Jayawardene, Vidul Batawala, Menula de Silva (Lead Contributors)
  • 2024: Neksha DeSilva (Founder)
• PDF: Added "The Pioneers" section with embedded iframe
