[Bug]: Pi coding agent - referencing outdated repo and npm package

What happened?

• In the course of Pi acquisition by Earendil, the Pi repository was moved from https://github.com/badlogic/pi-mono to https://github.com/earendil-works/pi (See the new repo) . Followed by the NPM package transfer from @mariozechner/pi-coding-agent to @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent.
• I'd like to request/report a pending update to:
  • manifest.json
  • agent-setup.ts
  • pi.Dockerfile

I've applied the changes on a spawn fork, see this here
