Re-targets #3446 onto
mainafter #3445 (repo rename) was squash-merged — the squash rewrote history so the original stacked branch conflicted. This branch is a clean rebase containing only the stale-data changes.manifest.jsonhas 10 agents / 8 clouds (79 implemented) but docs & packer had not caught up.9/7/63 → 10/8/79; add Local Sandbox column and T3 Code row (t3code ismissingon sandbox per manifest → marked—).piandt3code(node tier).Docs/config only — no CLI code, no version bump. Supersedes #3446 (auto-closed when its base branch was deleted).
